Makes the module case.py consistent with the rest of the SDK in returning dicts instead of typed objects (Fixes #210 )

FYI, From now on development in this repo will focus exclusively on maintenance, including critical security updates and essential bug fixes.

Thanks @prachib29

Does that mean no additional functionality will be accepted into the SDK? If that is the case, may I ask why? There is still a lot that hasn’t been implemented in the SDK yet, including parts that are in the soon to be deprecated Siemplify API.
